i bought a 91 tomos a3 and it needed a new piston so i put the right kit in.
i ran it for a total of about 3 hours over a weeks time and decided it was
ready to ride. so i rode it to my friends house and back which was a total
ride of about 30 mins. got back and turned it off to adjust my brakes and
tried to start it again and it wouldn't turn over. so after investigating i
saw that one of the new piston rings broke into about 9 pieces. anyone got a
clue as to what happened?
