Yes it does. But you gotta be carefull trying stuff like that. It sounds
like you know a little about it tho'.
I know of several who have tried different types of fuel. A mobylette
running on pure alcohol, was fast but didn't last long. Also petroleum
will make it go a bit faster, but you gotta mix it 1:1 with normal gas
and use a bit more 2-stroke oil.
I also know it can go wrong. There have been a few driving around with
nitroclycerin in the gasmixture. It has to be at about a 1:500 mix. One
had it at about 1:50. He started the engine which exploded in, say a 125
parts. Luckily no one was wounded.
Better start with tuning it first. When you get it over 140 kph then
start thinking about different fuel types.
