I have been offered yet another moped. It is a Tomos Golden Bullet, they look
just like a targa. HE said I could pay him 275 for the bike and a helmet. I
think it's a greta deal but please give me some info, and if anyone ahs one
or has seen one do they have mag rims or spoked rims?
