a buddy of mine owns a 95 puch karado with about 4200 miles on it. When
you go full thotle it picks up really fast but doesnt wanna seem to go past
25 and shift into second gear. I had the same problem with my 95 tomos
colibri and it turned out to be the clutch pads, but my moped had about 8000
miles on it. i am not sure if it is the same problem as mine or not. i have
also read in the past couple issues about the exhaust pipe on puch's getting
clogged up. could that also have an effect on it? >>
