I'm working on getting some pics scanned,hopefully soon,yes it is AU,unless they made a typo.And yes mr darlington mentioned diffeent nameplates in different places,about parts though I'm not sure about clutch linings I do know there are a lot of spare parts available in this country for models from the 70's also for David Eaddy,check out the motobecane section at www.continentalcycles.com I think that is the address He shows the different carbs used in different models and touches on the different venturies and varietors used in each.my moby has a decent acceleration but an in my opinion outstanding top-end not fast but steady.I would think you could get a complete motor and varietor fairly cheap (used) I know Zippy@business.com has alot of used motobecane and is knowledable and reasonable. And oh yes it says made in france somewhere too....Willie
