the different ratios (oil) one is for motor,the other is for 2cycle. In
general the best you can hope for is a constant 30m.p.h. Make sure you have
the right and properly gapped spark plug (NGK's prefferably). the baffle you
reffered to should be cleaned out periodically,Castrol superclean seems to do
a decent job.Any bicycle seat will bolt right on using the clamp from the
