Peter, I find the carburetor on the Mobylette unlike many others that I
worked on and wonder if you could tell me how to make sure the choke is set
properly. I have one that will start and run but runs very rich and fouls the
plug very quickly. I suspect the choke is not set properly. This moped was
in very bad shape when I got it and has never run well for me. The rings
have been replaced, the muffler cleaned, carb cleaned, etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
