hi David,
i'm sorry but is has to come off again (at least partially (one side))
spread it better (pre pump it to make it easier to spread it) before you put
on the outer tube. (deflate if needed to make is possible to put it on
again)
good luck

Subject: Tire Help
| | Today I changed my back tire's inner tube and when I put everything back
on, there is a lump in the tire. I don't understand why its there as I
thought I did everything correctly when I put the tube and tire on the
rim and inflated the tube. It is holding air and I even rode on it a
little but causes a vibration every time the bump comes around. When
watching the back tire rotate when the moped is on its stand, the rim
looks perfectly straight and the bump seems in the tire and/or tube.
Could these possible be from the tube not spreading out correctly inside
the tire? Is there anyway to correct the problem without having to take
everything off again?
Thanks for any help in advance.
Best,
DR
