Dave, the process to tighten the chain is moving the rear wheel back. To do
this, you will need to loosen the axle nuts on each side of the rear wheel.
This will require a metric wrench, 16 mm I think but I'm not sure. Then
adjust the tensioners, 10 mm wrench needed, on each side an even amount so
the wheel stays straight but moves back until a small amount of slack remains
in the chain. Retighten the axle nuts and your done.
