Perhaps you need to get a service manual for your moped.About 90% of your questions will have the answers in it.I have all the PUCH(factory literature),but not for TOMAS.Maybe some one can send you a wiring diagram.and it will tell you about the green wire and all the rest of them as wwell.I would not even attempt to work with moped wiring without one or more wiring diagram.
