displacement normally is only known by the owner... im pretty sure the cop isnt gonna ask you to take of the head so he can measure the diameter of the bore. my input is theres no replacement for displacement and it can sure be applied to mopeds. when your only dealing with 50cc'c a 40% increase in engine displacement is VERY helpful. (for offroad purposes only) what a joke. i think cops have better things to worry about than a mopeds displacement so unless you just dont want to feel ashamed about breaking a very indifferant law, go ahead with a speed kit.
