It should make your moped go much faster. Around 5 to 10 mph faster which is
pretty significant. As far as street legal...I guess that depends on your area
and cops. I haven't had any problems (knock on wood) riding around on my moped
with a biturbo exhaust that doesn't even have any muffling.
