i dont think it cleans out the exaust system try this take off muffler clean out the muffler (i used a bent clothes hanger to get carbon free) most improtantly carbon tends to get blocked up in the engine block. when you take off the muffler it is attached to the engine block. Stick a flat screwdriver and free carbon loose. (carbon builds up the fast i usualy clean it about every 3-6 months depends how far you drive.) but make sure you dont hit the valve in the engine block be careful not to do that. ive also had a stalling problem check your air filter ive had something stuck in there.
