once in reference to the "phantom". please be advised that go-ped® is a
federally registered trademark of patmont motor werks and needs to be
treated as such. the word go-ped® cannot be used with reference to any
other scooter than the actual go-ped® manufactured by patmont motor
werks. it is not a generic term. please remove the word go-ped® from
your website when referenced to the "phantom", and if you choose to
include the california go-ped®, include the ® symbol after every use.
