Perhaps he meant nitro fuel. Like the RC people use.
I don't know much about fuel, but did come across this link, about home brewing
fuel for RC planes:

I also came across a link the other day about regulations for a certain moped
racing organization, which forbids nitro fuel when racing -- I belive because of
the added power (sorry, don't have link and forget their names).
A few posts ago, Robbert said that I Mobylette running on pure alcohol (I assume
Methanol?) was fast but didn't last long -- which begs the question, was there
any OIL in the alcohol? What about using a mixture of Premuim Unleaded w/
Alchohol?
Lots of unanswered questions, but feeling brave so maybe I'll just dump in a
quart of Nitromethane and see what happens.
