Yes, the moped on the picture is a puch MV 50, well most of it anyway.
Ie the frontfender is from a tomos silverstreak and ofcourse it has
obviously been modified in other ways as well.
As far as I know it was the MS50V that was exported to the USA as the
"all state". My daily tarnsportation is a MS50V as well (1971). It looks
similar to the MV50, in fact there is an overlap in the models. Puch has
had a MV50 and MS50V with exactly similar configuration (black frame,
black fender, color/chrome tank, 2 gear manual, small exhaust), only the
framenumber and typeplate can tell the difference.
