I do kind of it falls under motorised bicycles,if you are over 18 you
need nothing although you could get either a bicycle license or if you
wanted to you could register it as a moped but not mandatory with a
solex if you are under 18 it still falls under bicycle laws so I guess
you would have to wear a helmet 16-18 15 and younger might need fake
