I have access > to welding and machining equipment. > Any Information will be appreciated First you have to check if the speed is controlled somehow. Be it mechenicly or electronicly. If so, remove the restrictor. If not, the first thing you can do to increase speed is to increase the port sizes inlet 2 mm down, outlet 2 mm up, both nice and square). Check the carburetor size. Judging from the speed it's probably under 12 mm. If so, get a bigger carb. Replace the exhaust for a high performance or bi turbo or whatever people like to call it exhaust. These basic alterations go for all standard two stroke moped engines. Some engines have membrane inlets, like peugeot's 103 and several sachs engines, don't mess with those membranes. You can get bigger membrane versions for most of those engines (at least for the two mentioned). Robbert
