They also have different carbs (ATX-15 mm, BT-18 mm, both Bing). It might be
a good idea to add two more springs to the clutch when converting ATX
because the torque will be much higher (BT already has 6 springs stock).
If you have the cash, Polini kits fit nicely as the AT series engines have
wider transfer ports.
