make sure that the fliter is on the carb nce and tight or it will suck
in too much air and that will cause it to run onfull throttle. and also
make sure your screws are tight that hold the carb together, cause air
can be sucked in through the smalest crack also makes sure you gasket
bowl on the bottom of the carb is there. your moped is probably just
sucking in too much air thats all. i cant really be anything major!
